"I have been with State Farm for over 45 years. My State Farm agent just passed away and now we needed to find a new one so I start calling around some local State Farm agents and this one by far has the worst customer service out there. I guess if you have nowhere else to go jump aboard, but if you’re looking for customer service and somebody that’s gonna help you, this isn’t the place the front office staff not very friendly at all. I called over Brandon never in the office I guess so he just has people answering the phone for him. Leave a message nope instead I get put on hold and nobody ever picks up so you know what State Farm I can go somewhere else. Thanks for the advice. Adios."
