"Brianne has been so helpful every time I call. She's knowledgeable and efficient as well as friendly and professional. I really appreciate her follow-up. She puts me in her tickler file and calls before I can call her and completes whatever the task is. She helped me with adjusting my car and home insurance, providing really good information and suggestions, never seeming rushed. I asked about rental car insurance and she got right on it, said she'd call to remind me before I left so I could sign up and it all went smoothly. Also saved me a lot of money! "I offer my appreciation to Heidi at State Farm. I needed a replacement windshield for our Subaru. I called the office and she answered; believe that, no recording! She provided me with four local companies and gave me a claim number if I desired some other company. After reviewing the four local companies, they all a rating much better than a national favorite. I chose the highest rated and got an appointment right away. The next day the shield was installed and they followed up with another person who verified that the lane tracking system was operating as designed.

"Tami was exceptional to work with. Been a long time State Farm customer, had kept my home with SF, but moved my autos over to another carrier due to an issue I had with glass coverage. Tami emailed me and said that rates had come down, so I sent her my declaration policy page. Within 10 minutes, she was able to save me $800 off my home policy and nearly $1300 off my auto policies per year. Needless to say, all my policies will be back under State Farm thanks to Tami."
